Founder & CEO, Zentarai Labs
Landon Little is the founder and CEO of Zentarai Labs, an American technology company building NovaGovAI — an AI operating system for government. He is building the platform in the Philippines, where it helps local government units modernize urban planning and citizen services.
A technology company (Zentarai Labs LLC, Florida) building AI infrastructure for institutions. The mission: solve real public-sector problems with AI, starting where the pain is largest.
An AI operating system for government. It gives Philippine LGUs an AI-native layer over urban-planning data, zoning, and citizen input — aligned with RA 7160 and national land-use policy. Early-stage, in pilot preparation.
A citizen super app for everyday government interactions — reports, benefits, jobs, safety, and services — designed for the Philippines and built to work on any phone.
Applied AI for private-sector teams in Southeast Asia — practical automation and AI deployment for businesses.
The idea for NovaGovAI started with a motorcycle crash in Cebu — riding toward Moalboal at night, no street lights, no signage for a sharp turn. The lesson was simple and personal: infrastructure and planning failures hurt real people, and most of them are predictable. AI should fix those failures before they cause harm — not document them afterward.
Zentarai Labs is early-stage and pre-pilot. Nothing here claims a deployment that hasn't happened — the work is building the platform and preparing the first pilots.
